- 1 chicken, boiled and deboned
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 can chopped green chilies
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
- flour tortillas
Directions

1Combine soup, chicken, sour cream, chilies and seasonings in a saucepan.

2Cook over medium heat stirring often until hot. Immediately spoon about 2 tablespoons soup mixture and 1 1/2 tablespoons cheese onto flour tortilla.

3Roll up tightly and place in greased 9 x 13-inch dish.

4Spoon remaining soup mixture on top of enchiladas and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
