- 1 lb. chicken breast
- 1/2 jar picante sauce, divided
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
Directions

1Cut chicken into thin strips and cook.

2Mix 1/2 of picante sauce, cream cheese and chicken in saucepan over low heat until smooth.

3Spoon 2 tablespoons chicken mixture onto each tortilla; roll up.

4Place seam side down, in lightly greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.

5Sprinkle cheese over tortillas; cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

6Pour remaining picante sauce over tortillas.

7If desired, top with sour cream and olives.
