- 1 flour
- 1 egg
- 1 milk
- 1 Chinese five spice
- 1 olive oil

1Beat out chicken breast with steak mallet

2Marinate in Chinese five spice and water for 2 hours +

3Drain chicken and coat in seasoned flour

4Beat egg with a little milk on a plate and bread crumbs on another plate

5Coat chicken in egg and then bread crumbs

6Fry in a little olive oil untill golden brown.

7Drain on kitchen paper and serve with salads or new potatoes with veg.
