  • 1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 3 to 4 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 or more c. chicken broth
  • 1 qt. fresh or frozen corn

    Cook pepper, celery and onion with spaghetti.

    Mix all the ingredients together and bake about 30 to 40 minutes in moderate oven or slow cook in a crock-pot a few hours.
