  • 20 oz corn kernels
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in cold water.
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

    In skillet combine cream, sugar, butter, milk and cheese.

    When it comes to boil, lower heat and add in cornstarch dissolved in cold water and stir.

    After sauce has thickened add in corn kernels.

    Cook till corn is coked through.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.
