  • 1 frying chicken
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 clove garlic, cut in half
  • 1 c. finely crushed potato chips
  • 1 c. finely crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. savory salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Remove skin from chicken; wash and drain well.

    Melt butter with garlic, salt and pepper in medium size pan.

    Mix potato chips and corn flakes in pie pan.

    Dip pieces one at a time in melted butter mix, then in crumbs, coating well.

    Arrange in single layer in large shallow baking pan.

    Remove garlic from butter and pour remaining over chicken.

    Bake in moderate oven for one hour.
