- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1Mix flour, cheese and salt in a bag.

4Heat oil in pan (enough to coat the bottom of the pan).

5Cook the chicken on moderate to high heat to gently brown one side and then turn the other, turning only once.
