- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. fresh chopped parsley
- 3/4 lb. melted butter
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 10 oz. Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 8 chicken breasts, halved
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients.

2In another bowl, combine butter, garlic, mustard and Worcestershire.

3Place small amount of cheese in center of each breast.

4Roll and secure with toothpicks.

5Dip in butter mixture, then crumb mix.

6Pour remaining butter over chicken.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
