  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 7 Tbsp. butter
  • 8 lemon slices
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley

Directions

    Pound chicken 1/4 inch thick.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dredge eggs in flour mixed with salt and pepper, then dip in beaten eggs.
