- 1/2 c. flour
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Lightly flour each piece of chicken.

2Brown over medium heat. Place 2 slices of lemon on each piece of chicken and squeeze remainder of lemon juice over chicken.

3Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

4Add salt and pepper to taste.
