  • 2 lb. cube steak
  • buttermilk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • vegetable oil
  • salt, pepper and flour

Directions

    Mix eggs with buttermilk.

    Marinate steak in buttermilk for approximately 1 hour.

    Drop each piece in flour and coat well. Heat vegetable oil in large electric skillet to 275°.

    Fry steak to a golden brown on both sides.
