- 2 lb. cube steak
- buttermilk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- vegetable oil
- salt, pepper and flour
Directions

1Mix eggs with buttermilk.

2Marinate steak in buttermilk for approximately 1 hour.

3Drop each piece in flour and coat well. Heat vegetable oil in large electric skillet to 275°.

4Fry steak to a golden brown on both sides.
