- 2 hot peppers
- 10 baby carrots
- 5 green onions
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tomato
- 3 boneless chicken breasts
- 3 c. rice
- soy sauce
- 1 can chicken broth
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Cut vegetables into small pieces and broil in butter until soft. Cut chicken in small pieces and cook until done. Boil rice in chicken broth and let stand for 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix together and put soy sauce over mixture.
