  • 4 5 oz. USDA choice cutlets, tenderized
  • 2 c. flour seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 2 c. milk
  • 5 eggs

Directions

    Dredge each steak in seasoned flour.

    Dip into milk and egg wash and dredge in flour again.
