- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. garlic paste
- 1 grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. crushed cumin
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. freshly ground red chilies
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 Tbsp. ghee (shortening), divided
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 Tbsp. dried mint
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1Wash breasts and divide in halves like chops.

2Mix garlic, grated onion, cumin, salt, pepper, chili, lemon and 1 Tbsp. ghee. Spread over halved breasts and place in well-buttered dish.

3Cover with foil and bake in oven for a half hour at 350°F. Cool chicken breasts on wire rack.
