- 1 lb. chicken cutlets, cut in small thin pieces
- 1 medium onion, cut fine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- garlic salt
- celery salt
- different seasonings
- 1/2 pt. wine
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream
Directions

1Put seasoning and 1 teaspoon flour over chicken.

2Melt some butter in pan.

3Add chicken, turn around until half done, then add onion.

4Continue until all the meat is white, not brown.

5Add wine and if necessary some more seasoning.

6Reduce heat and let steam a few minutes, then add heavy cream and keep on smallest flame a few minutes and serve.
