  • 1 lb. chicken cutlets, cut in small thin pieces
  • 1 medium onion, cut fine
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • garlic salt
  • celery salt
  • different seasonings
  • 1/2 pt. wine
  • 1/2 pt. heavy cream

Directions

    Put seasoning and 1 teaspoon flour over chicken.

    Melt some butter in pan.
  3. 3
    Add chicken, turn around until half done, then add onion.
  4. 4
    Continue until all the meat is white, not brown.
  5. 5
    Add wine and if necessary some more seasoning.

    Reduce heat and let steam a few minutes, then add heavy cream and keep on smallest flame a few minutes and serve.
