- 4 chicken breast halves
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. coffee cream or canned milk
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Cut each chicken breast in half.

2Melt margarine in heavy frying pan.

3Blend in garlic, salt, chili powder, pepper and dry mustard.

4Brown chicken breasts on both sides.

5Cover pan.

6Bake in preheated 350° oven for 40 minutes until tender.

7Place on heated platter.

8Add flour to pan juices and stir until thick. Slowly pour in cream and milk and stir until it thickens.

9Add salt and pepper to taste.

10Spoon over chicken breasts.
