  • 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 4 c. chicken broth
  • 2 c. chicken, cooked, diced
  • 10 oz. pkg. okra, frozen, cut up
  • 1/2 c. rice, cooked
  • 1/2 c. corn, cooked

Directions

    Add tomatoes, celery, green pepper, onion, parsley and bouillon cubes to chicken broth.

    Simmer 24 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

    Add chicken and okra; cook for 6 minutes longer.

    Add rice and corn.

    Heat and serve.
