- 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
- 1/2 c. celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 4 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. chicken, cooked, diced
- 10 oz. pkg. okra, frozen, cut up
- 1/2 c. rice, cooked
- 1/2 c. corn, cooked
Directions

1Add tomatoes, celery, green pepper, onion, parsley and bouillon cubes to chicken broth.

2Simmer 24 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

3Add chicken and okra; cook for 6 minutes longer.

4Add rice and corn.

5Heat and serve.
