Chicken-Ham Roll-Ups

  • 6 halved, boned and skinned chicken breast
  • 6 slices ham (thin sandwich-type slices)
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. white wine or water

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Pound chicken breasts very flat. Place slice of ham and slice of cheese on each flattened chicken breast.

    Roll up and secure with a toothpick.

    Brown rolls in frying pan with a little butter or Pam spray.

    Place in casserole dish.

    Mix together the soup and wine (or water).

    Cover the chicken rolls with this mixture.

    Bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 hour.

    Remove toothpicks before serving.
