Chicken-Ham Roll-Ups

- 6 halved, boned and skinned chicken breast
- 6 slices ham (thin sandwich-type slices)
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. white wine or water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Pound chicken breasts very flat. Place slice of ham and slice of cheese on each flattened chicken breast.

3Roll up and secure with a toothpick.

4Brown rolls in frying pan with a little butter or Pam spray.

5Place in casserole dish.

6Mix together the soup and wine (or water).

7Cover the chicken rolls with this mixture.

8Bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 hour.

9Remove toothpicks before serving.
