  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. cut up chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. cream
  • 1 c. chicken broth or water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Saute green pepper and onion until soft.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Pour into a casserole and set in oven to heat.

    Make a biscuit dough and drop by spoonful on top of chicken mixture. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 425°.
