- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3 c. cooked chicken, cut in small pieces
- 8 slices hot toast or 4 English muffins, halved and toasted
Directions

1Heat butter in saucepan and saute onion about 3 minutes until softened.
