- 5 Potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 2 Carrots
- 6 Chicken Legs
- 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Dry Basil
- 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- Salt To Taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2Peel all the vegetables.

3Dice the potatoes.

4Cut the onion and carrots in half and then cut the halves into thin semicircles.

5Place all the vegetables and chicken legs in a big bowl, add salt, basil and curry.

6Use your hands and toss to coat everything in the oil and spices.

7Put everything into a deep roasting tin.

8Send to the preheated oven to cook at 390 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 30 minutes.

9Then take it out of the oven, stir carefully and send back to the oven for 30 minutes more.

10And then take it out of the oven again, stir and send back to the oven for a final 30 minutes.

11Thus, it takes 1 1/2 hour for baking.
