  • 1 can Dole pineapple slices
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 whole chicken breasts
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • grated peel from 2 limes

Directions

    Rub chicken with garlic; sprinkle with salt.

    Broil or grill chicken until cooked through.

    Drain pineapple juice into large saucepan.

    Combine with honey, lime juice, soy sauce and cornstarch.

    Cook, stirring, until thickened.

    Add pineapple slices.

    Heat through.

    Serve pineapple and sauce with chicken. Sprinkle with lime peel.
