  • 4 chicken breasts (bone in)
  • 8 oz. bottle Russian dressing
  • 8 oz. apricot preserves
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1/4 c. water
  • green pepper
  • 1 small can sliced pineapple

Directions

    Put chicken in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Stir well Russian dressing, preserves, onion soup mix and water.

    Pour over chicken.

    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°.

    Open and add pineapple and pepper strips.

    Bake 1/2 hour long and spoon mixture over chicken.
