- 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Chinese parsley
- 1 tsp. green onion
- 1/2 tsp. hoisin jeong
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 c. fillet uncooked chicken, cut in 1 inch squares
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in bowl.

2Marinate for 1 hour.

3Wrap each piece of chicken in 2 1/2-inch square piece of parchment paper or aluminum foil with all loose corners tucked in.

4Fry in deep fat 5 minutes.
