  • garlic salt to your taste
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. sake
  • 1/2 c. shoyu
  • vegetable oil for deep frying

    Cut chicken into

    small pieces and sprinkle with garlic salt. Dip in egg mixture

    Deep fry. Combine sake, shoyu and sugar and cook together until sugar is dissolved. Place chicken in a shallow pan and brush on glaze. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes at 350°.
