- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. sake
- 1/2 c. shoyu
- vegetable oil for deep frying

7Deep fry. Combine sake, shoyu and sugar and cook together until sugar is dissolved. Place chicken in a shallow pan and brush on glaze. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes at 350°.
