- 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 4 medium potatoes, cut up
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown hamburger and drain.

2Spray skillet with Pam and add carrots, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper and onion; brown on both sides.

3Place all in baking dish and cover with potatoes.

4Cover dish with foil and bake at 350° until done.
