  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 c. grated carrots
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 4 medium potatoes, cut up
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown hamburger and drain.

    Spray skillet with Pam and add carrots, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper and onion; brown on both sides.

    Place all in baking dish and cover with potatoes.

    Cover dish with foil and bake at 350° until done.
