  • 1 frying chicken, cut in pieces
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • butter
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 cubes bouillon, mixed with 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Directions

    Season chicken with salt and flour.

    Brown in butter, then remove when brown.

    Saute onion and green peppers until soft, then add seasoning, bouillon and corn.

    Place chicken in casserole with corn mixture and bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
