- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 c. diced onions
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1 1/2 c. white cooking wine
- 1 lb. can tomatoes, drained and cut
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. each: pepper, basil and oregano
Directions

1Coat chicken with flour.

2Brown in olive oil.

3Saute onion until golden.
