- 8 boned chicken breasts, skin on or off
- 8 slices bacon
- corned beef or pastrami (package kind) to cover bottom of pan
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2/3 c. milk or cream
- 2/3 c. white wine
Directions

1Rinse corned beef with water and place on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Wrap each chicken breast with a piece of bacon and place on top of corned beef.

3Mix soup, milk, sour cream and wine together and pour over chicken.

4Bake at 300°, uncovered 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
