  • 8 boned chicken breasts, skin on or off
  • 8 slices bacon
  • corned beef or pastrami (package kind) to cover bottom of pan
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2/3 c. milk or cream
  • 2/3 c. white wine

Directions

    Rinse corned beef with water and place on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Wrap each chicken breast with a piece of bacon and place on top of corned beef.

    Mix soup, milk, sour cream and wine together and pour over chicken.

    Bake at 300°, uncovered 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
