- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- mushrooms, sliced
- artichoke hearts
Directions

1Dip chicken breasts in bread crumb/flour mixture.

2Brown in oil or margarine.

3Lay in casserole dish, then put sliced mushrooms on top.

4Sprinkle some oregano over chicken.

5Cut artichoke hearts in pieces and put over chicken.

6Add tomatoes with juice, cutting tomatoes into pieces and pour over all and bake about 1 hour at 350° or until done.

7Serve over rice.
