  • 2 frying chickens
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. drained peaches
  • 1 1/2 c. drained dark cherries
  • 1/2 c. chili sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 medium onion

Directions

    Place chicken in pan.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Drizzle with butter.

    Broil until brown.

    Combine sauce, drained peaches and cherries, sliced onion and chili sauce.

    Spoon over chicken. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
