- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 minced shallot (average)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- oil (for frying)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, and set aside (may be prepared in advance).

2Heat Oil in frying pan on medium.

3Take skewers and form 2-3 Tablespoons of mixture on one end, leaving room for griping.

4Place in hot oil, use fork to flatten for even and quick cooking.

5Flip at about one minute.

6Drain and serve warm with favorite dipping sauce.
