- 4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 8 slices Muenster cheese
- 8 oz. mushrooms, drained
- 1 c. chicken bouillon
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Marinate chicken chunks in eggs for 2 hours in refrigerator. Mix bread crumbs, parsley and garlic salt in large storage bag. Place chicken in bag and shake to coat.

2Brown chicken lightly in olive oil.

3In 13 x 9-inch sprayed dish, lay chicken, then mushrooms and cheese and pour bouillon over.

4Cover dish.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
