  • 4 chicken breasts, cut lengthwise, boned and skinned
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine in a stick
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • onion salt
  • paprika
  • bread crumbs
  • egg, beaten

Directions

    Pound chicken until 1/4-inch thick.

    Cut butter lengthwise into 4 sections.

    Place one piece of butter at narrow end of chicken breast.

    Sprinkle with parsley and onion salt.

    Roll up in jelly-roll fashion, starting at butter end.

    Dip in beaten egg. Then dip in bread crumbs.

    Refrigerate 1/2 to 1 hour.

    Place in baking dish.

    Bake in oven at 350° for 40 minutes.
