  • 4 whole chicken breasts, halved, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs

    Pound out chicken with mallet until 1/4-inch thick.

    Mix next 4 ingredients together.

    Combine this mixture with 1 tablespoon butter in the center of each chicken breast.

    Rub into chicken breasts; roll and secure with toothpicks.

    Put chicken in flour, then eggs and then bread crumbs.

    Deep fry for 7 minutes at 325° or until golden brown or place chicken, seam side down in greased pan.
