- 4 half chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2/3 c. orange juice
- 1/3 c. Heinz 57 sauce
- 1/4 c. orange marmalade
Directions

1Saute chicken in margarine 8 to 10 minutes, remove and set aside.

2Mix cornstarch and juice.

3Stir in 57 sauce and marmalade. Pour into skillet; heat, stirring until thick.

4Place chicken in sauce, heat and serve.
