- 5 oz frozen green beans, thawed
- 2 (3 oz) packets 2-minute laksa noodles
- 7 oz cooked chicken breast, skin removed, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 oz baby spinach
- 1.5 oz bean sprouts, rinsed
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 None lime wedges, to serve
Directions

1Place 3 cups boiling water and green beans in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 3 mins. Add noodles and flavor and oil packets. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 2 mins.

2Add chicken, coconut milk and spinach. Stir until spinach wilts.

3Pour laksa into serving bowls. Top with bean sprouts and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
