- 9 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 3 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
- 3 c. milk
- 2 1/2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
- 1 (15 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Cook lasagna noodles to desired doneness. Drain and rinse with hot water.

3In large saucepan, melt margarine; add mushrooms, garlic, salt and lemon juice.

4Saute until tender, about 5 minutes.

5Stir in flour and chicken bouillon; blend well. Add milk.

6Cook over medium-high heat until mixture thickens and boils, stirring constantly.

7Stir in chicken.
