- 1 small can pimento
- 1 large green pepper
- 1/2 lb. yellow American cheese
- 1 can white sauce
Directions

1Drain crabmeat.

2Chop finely or process pimento and pepper. Drain.

4Pour on white sauce mixed with cheese. Cook in double boiler about 30 minutes.

5Serve on toast or patty shells.
