- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento
- 8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese, drained
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
Directions

1Saute for 5 minutes margarine, basil, mushrooms, onions and green pepper.

2Add to vegetables chicken soup, milk and pimento. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Layer 4 noodles, 1/2 of sauce, 1/2 of cottage cheese, 1/2 of chicken and 1/2 of each of cheeses. Repeat.

4Cover with foil.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

6Let stand for 10 minutes.

7Freezes well.
