Ingredients

  • 8 oz. wide noodles
  • 1 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. oil or margarine
  • 3 c. diced, cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. diced pimento
  • 1 c. American cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook noodles in salted water as instructed on the package. Drain and rinse under cold water.

    Pour one tablespoon salad oil over noodles and toss to coat with oil to prevent sticking together.

    Saute onions and peppers in 3 tablespoons oil or margarine.

    Add diced, cooked chicken, soup, milk and diced pimento.

    Cook over medium heat until blended and smooth.
