  • 4 Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 Large Can Mushrooms (or fresh if you prefer)
  • 1 16 oz. Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 16 oz. Cottage Cheese
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Lasagna Noodles

Directions

    Dice up and cook chicken; add onions and cook till tender. Add mushrooms and alfredo sauce. Put to the side. Mix together the cottage cheese and ricotta cheese, set aside. In a 9x11 pan, layer lasagna noodles, chicken mixture and ricotta/cottage cheese mix till all is used. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 for approximate 1 hour, longer if necessary.
