- 1 large can chunk chicken or 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (original)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- cottage cheese
- grated Mozzarella cheese
- floured tortillas (large size)
Directions

1Cut strips of floured tortillas, size of about 3-inches wide. Mix tomatoes, soup and sour cream together in blender or mix real well.

2Layer like lasagna the tortilla strips, chicken and cottage cheese; repeat for second layer, then add sauce to top.

3Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

4Let set for awhile before eating.
