- 1/2 lb. cooked and drained lasagna noodles
- 1/4 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1/2 c. flour
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Blend in flour, salt and basil; stir in chicken broth and cook until thick and comes to a boil.

3Add chicken.

4Mix cottage cheese with egg.

5Place 1/3 of chicken mixture in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Top with 1/2 of noodles, 1/2 of cottage cheese, 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese.

7Repeat layers, ending with chicken. Top with Parmesan cheese.

8Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
