- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. butter + 3 Tbsp.
- 3/4 c. dry white wine
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. tarragon
- 1 qt. cream
- 5 c. cooked cubed chicken
- 2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1 pkg. lasagne noodles
Directions

1Saute mushrooms in 3 tablespoons butter; add wine and cook until evaporates.

2Make white sauce with remaining butter, flour, tarragon and cream.

3Add mushrooms, chicken and salt and pepper to taste.

4Stack lasagne as follows, noodles, chicken sauce, cheese, with second layer topped with cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
