  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained and juice reserved
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cook and serve vanilla pudding
  • 1 qt. mixed fruit chunks (apples, bananas, pears, oranges)
  • 3/4 c. nuts
  • 1/3 c. coconut
  • whipped topping (optional)

Directions

    In a saucepan mix pineapple juice and pudding; cook until thickened and cool.

    Toss and chill.
