- 1/2 lb. flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. peanut oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 can clear chicken broth
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1/2 glass lemon juice
Directions

1Dip each slice of chicken into flour, then egg.

2Fry in hot peanut oil; brown on both sides.
