Ingredients

  • 2 c. cut up, cooked chicken
  • 1 c. cooked, cut up carrots
  • 1 c. cooked peas
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Grind up chicken, carrots and peas.

    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

    Turn into well-greased loaf pan.

    Bake at 350° for about 40 to 45 minutes.

    Serve with sauce (cream of mushroom or tomato).
