- 2 c. cut up, cooked chicken
- 1 c. cooked, cut up carrots
- 1 c. cooked peas
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Grind up chicken, carrots and peas.

2Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

3Turn into well-greased loaf pan.

4Bake at 350° for about 40 to 45 minutes.

5Serve with sauce (cream of mushroom or tomato).
