  • 3 1/2 lb. chicken, picked from bones
  • 2 c. macaroni (uncooked)
  • 1 pt. liquid (1/2 broth and 1/2 milk or all broth)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

    Put in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.

    Let stand 24 hours.

    Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
