- 8 manicotti shells
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 chicken flavored bouillon cube
Directions

1Cook shells until tender.

2Drain.

3Combine soup and sour cream; mix well.

4Combine 1/2 of soup mixture with chicken.

5Mix well.

6Stuff shells and place into a greased dish.

7Saute onions and mushrooms and butter in large skillet until tender; set aside. Combine water and chicken bouillon cube stirring until dissolved. Add to the remaining soup mixture.

8Add mushrooms and onions. Pour over shells.

9Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

10Top with your favorite shredded cheese.
